Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

If your service has been disconnected for non-payment or is subject to disconnection of service, please contact the Customer Service Department at 832/595-3400 before making an online payment. Failure to do so could result in service disconnection and in a delay of service reinstatement.
